D series centrifugal blower adopts single suction cantilever structure, the chassis and the bearing box USES the resin sand molding, HT250 gray iron casting, bearing adopts rolling bearing and sliding bearing in two forms. Mainly used for blast furnace gas pressure conveying cooling, converter steelmaking, the shaft furnace combustion gas, and other fields. With small size, convenient installation and maintenance, high performance, low noise, good sealing, etc.
This blower structure details:
single suction cantilever structure.
Driver: motor + coupling + blower.
1, cast iron casing, single stage impeller, up and down by the axial direction of intake.
2, the rotor is mainly by the impeller, shaft, exhaust wheel and drive the main oil pump gear, etc.
3, radial sealing & axial labyrinth seals, and on the back of casing fortification leak device, ensure that the blower under the dynamic condition of air tightness.
4, impeller is by front coil commonly, import ring, blade, disc and shaft plate welded to each other after forming, the impeller material generally adopts low carbon alloy steel. Blade bending after using single circular arc line.
5, with oil station and high oil tank.
